Our Story

Pamav Training Institute and Technology Center, Inc. started with a group of friends passionate about improving the work of professionals. Pamav is an acronym for the last name of the group that formed the company. In the 1990s, the founders observed the need for continuous professional development of licensed professionals in the Philippines.  As the group went around the country, they saw and heard the need to improve competency and the quality of work.  So in 2005, they decided to set up a formal training center focusing on the continuous development of professionals from electrical engineering, architecture, medicine, and maritime industry.

In 2008, the center started to offer face-to-face training for groups of electrical engineering professionals in the power industry.  Pamav was soon identified as a training center with continuous learning strengthened with industry hands-on-based practices.  Pamav was also a credible partner of the Professional Regulation Commission as a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training center. 

In 2015, PamavTech was coined to combine Pamav and Technology, seeing how technology impacts learning, development, and the various industry practices.  PamavTech consistently becomes competitive and innovative by providing live instructor-led webinars and hands-on training supported by a high-quality audio-visual system to support the webinars.

PamavTech is a CPD provider, a safety training organization accredited by Occupational Safety Organization, an accredited training provider by Civil Service Commission, and Marina.

Through continuous learning programs, PamavTech aims for each professional to realize his/ her full potential allowing them to be globally competent  so they can achieve their personal and professional goals.
