Engr. Eduardo Pabuna Jr., PEE

Engr. Pabuna, Jr.  graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He has 15 years of accumulated experience in Condition Base and Preventive Maintenance Testing, Power Systems Protection, Electrical System Design and Analysis, Electrical Safety and Technical Sales. He is the project head to Install, Test and commissioning on-line partial discharge and bushing monitoring system for the various NGCP substations in the Philippines. He had attended various trainings at Doble Engineering for many years, had special training on Partial Discharge in Germany, Power System Design Simulation Training at San Diego, California, Reactive Power Compensation and Harmonics Filtering in Finland and USA.
