Engr. Joseph Santos, REE

Engr. Santos graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He has more than 16 years of accumulated experience in the field of Commissioning, O&M, QA/QC, Design, and MEPF Field Construction Management.

Equipped with satisfactory experience for Commissioning of Industrial Power Plant Generator Protection System, GTG Starting Frequency Converters, and Turbo Generator Excitation Equipment.

Some of his accomplishments in the field are AVR & excitation system upgrades of several industries such as: Pagbilao Power Plant Unit-1, East Asia Utilities Corp. Units-1, 2, & 4, Therma Power Visayas Inc., Asian Development Bank, and Therma Mobile Barges M3, M4, M5, & M6.
