Ryan M. Alejandro Green Belt Six Sigma & Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certified
Ryan Alejandro, received his Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification at TELUS International Philippines. He was able to acquire his Green Belt Six Sigma & Total Quality Management certifications at Expert Rating, an ISO 9001-2015 company. He was able to complete the Project Management Institute's Agile Certified Practitioner's training at Teleperformance through Skillsoft. He also was also able to finish a couple of technical certification trainings such as Cisco Certified Network Associate and CENTOS Linux Administration.
He was with TELUS International Learning Services department for more than 8 years. His major roles were designing and developing courses and facilitating communication skills, sales, and telecommunications training. He has supported multiple accounts with different lines of businesses such as technical (computer software, hardware, and networking), gaming, and telecommunication. He received awards such as Best Comm Skills Trainer of the company in 2008 and the company's top trainer in 2015. He led a training team for one of the world's biggest transportation network companies in the same year.
He started his career with OD (Organizational Development) and L&D (Learning and Development) when he joined Golden ABC in 2016. Now, he is the Design and Development Manager at Teleperformance—where leading teams of Instructional Designers and Graphics Designers for learning and development is one of his major tasks.
