Construction Supervisory Training and Certification Program

This five (5) day seminar-workshop entitled the Construction Supervisory Training and
Certification Program aims to upgrade the competencies of the Project Superintendents and Supervisors / Would-be supervisors focusing on the Management Functions of Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Control and imbibing and applying their Leadership functions in achieving not only the goals and objectives of the project but the corporate goals and objectives as well.
It shall likewise inculcate into the minds of the participants the crucial role that Productivity
and productivity improvement play in the overall achievement of the vision and mission of the
organization. Hence, the concepts and principles of Productivity shall be emphasized throughout the
whole duration of the program and much attention shall be devoted to them.
In fact the participants shall be grouped into teams and a productivity improvement project
shall be one of the bases of fulfilling the requirements of the certification together with the written
examination that will be administered on the last day of the program.
